Referrals
To arrange an appointment for a consultation, please email us or call Reception on 01992 785 060.

A referral is required from either your general practitioner or your specialist. A referral letter from your GP or specialist can either be sent to us prior to consultation or brought with you on the day.
Please make sure you bring any relevant medical reports or test results with you if these have not already been forwarded to the Herts and Essex Fertility Centre by your referring doctor.
