The initial consultation lasts approximately one hour. This allows ample time for an in depth discussion of the medical histories and the implications of assisted reproduction with both partners. The most suitable treatment for you will be discussed in greater detail.  Should you decide to proceed, treatment may commence as early as the woman's next menstrual cycle, or at a time that is convenient for both partners provided that screening (HIV, Hepatitis B and C) has been completed and the results available.

A semen analysis is included in the cost of your initial consultation.

The most suitable treatment options for you will be discussed fully at your consultation, and clear advice given for you to consider.

We advise you to think carefully of the risks and the chances of success of each of the treatment options, these will be discussed at length during your consultation.
